The Shallowford House Appeal: Making Room for Everyone

Shallowford House is currently aiming to raise £1.5 Million to build new accomodation and a new chapel; over the last few years, we have had to turn away increasing numbers of visitors because of lack of space, and the time has come for us to make room for everyone.
We're going to build an exciting new octagonal chapel, creating a new spiritual heart to our buildings; we'll convert the old chapel into state-of-the art meeting rooms and new ensuite bedrooms. In addition, we'll build a terrific new concourse entrance hall / function room, which will become the new social heart of our buildings. We'll also update our existing rooms and gardens, to make sure that we offer the best possible range of accommodation at Shallowford.
Updates
January 2008 A generous donation from The Cornelius Trust means we are now around the £125,000 mark; this amount will enable us to deliver at least one of our modules - many, many thanks to all the churches and individuals who've donated! Watch this space for more good news soon! July 2007 We were lucky enough to receive 50% of this year's Lent Appeal from the Bishop of Lichfield - but we have a considerable amount more to do to make Shallowford House the best possible resource for the community and church.
